Intermittent crashing

so i've been having some crashing problems with my most recent build. I have been using nicehash when the computer is not in use to mine crypto. whenever i start up either premier pro or nicehash my computer crashes. black screen and then will go into the bios. after a few restarts i will get my computer up and working. also will sometimes crash on video games as well. my roommate seems to thing this may be a power supply issue. when i picked the parts out on pc part picker it said 650 watts is more than enough but i'm not ruling that out. any ideas on how i could solve this problem?

storage: 1 tb nvme ssd, 1 tb sata ssd
