HP laptop Stream 11 tpn-q154

Hello, good day, i'm new here, i have an issue with a laptop, it's an HP Stream 11 tpn-q154, it was given to me as a gift to repair, but when i tried to start it up it told me:

Boot device not found

Please install an operating system on your hard disk

I tried looking for answers on youtube and google an only found this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kuah6gYqT2I&t=1s

But none of it worked, i tried installing W10 from a USB but it didn't accept it because it said it already had an OS in it, which was wierd

Also, another issue, the wifi card is not working, only Bluetooth is working

Can some one help me please?

I will attach some pictures

The laptop will be for a sibling of mine so i want to fix it for her

My last option will to buy a new motherboard for it :/

If there's any solution i will gladly follow it to fix it :)

Did you delete all the old partitions on the drive before starting the install?
