At light load its to be expected from zen thanks to its really high idle voltage (seen in your screenshot). A full load temperature on zen is a much better representation of your temperatures.

Considering my idle is at 56 or so at an 21 degrees ambient, yes. And most Zen CPU temperature report are of the hotspots not the overall CPU package, so that can be the reason too. You really need a full load and monitor your temperature during that load to see if its normal behavior or there's something wrong.

idle temps don't really matter. put some load on it with OCCT AVx2 Smalls and then show us the temperatures you hit. that will give us a more accurate number for your temps. Idle temps are nothing to worry about, they dont determine anything either
