Can't Boot to Windows

So I just recently finished my new build. I have was using my computer last night and went to turn on SAM in my bios and the computer won't boot to windows now. I don't know what happened and if someone knows what can help me figure this out.

These are my specs.  I have tried windows startup repair and everything and still can't get it to boot up.

Ah ok, I am guessing you have installed windows on a drive already but if not you will need to.

Lets start with the basics, 
Have you tried changing the boot device in the BIOS?
