Need help (Cooling)

^ these are the parts that i think will work for me...i don't know how to cool the PC such that CPU doesn't go above 90 C at extreme loads over long periods. noise is not an issue for me. i have never water cooled or used an AIO before.

The AMD CPUs are fairly good in terms of thermals, something like a Noctua U12S will be fine.
