System not posting tried everything

If you saw my other post sorry, I could not find a way to delete it. I've done everything in the "How to respond to a no post thread."

 

 

System constantly stays on, not posting. I just got a 2tb ssd and 2 new case fans for my pc. Thought id just plug em in easy peazy. After shifting around some components, the gpu got stuck on the latch, pulled it very hard and the tab pull came off, googled it didn't seem too worrisome. eventually plugged everything back in new parts in. Went to boot it on, the new fans were blowing right away, every light was on, cpu , mobo, gpu and the ram sticks were all glowing. The pc was on, but no signal, I foolishly waited for about 10 minutes, the pc was on the entire time, but neither was the signal.

I started panicking and then trouble shooting. Removed gpu, maybe the tab pulley thing was the culprit, started it, same thing, also keep in mind the blinking led lights on the asus mobo i have, have been off the entire time. Moved gpu to 2nd pcie slot. nothing different. removed the new ssd, nothing. unplugged the new case fans because desperation, nothing. checked a;; the connections on the front fine, reseated the cpu power connector , nothing there. then reseated every connector on the psu ,nothing. The mobo i have has the jumper cable cmos, held the screwdriver to it for 5 seconds, that did nothing. took out the cmos battery completely, put it back (never took out a cmos battery before). still the same result, nothing has fixed it. I've been at this for a few hours now and safe to say I'm beginning to feel hopeless. The pc still turns on, lights and everything, but nothing else more just to torment me. I'm lost at what to do. besides the new fans and ssd this pc was working just fine earlier today.
