Random short blackscreens

I have an rtx 2060 Phoenix and am experiencing random black-screening while gaming or running a benchmark such as furmark(sometimes) it does this at base clocks and quite often. Does anyone know what the issue could be? I can provide more details if needed. I have already used ddu and reinstalled all nvidea drivers. Other specs include ryzen 5 3600, 16 gigs of 3200 mhz ram, Aorus b450m motherboard, and Corsair 550 watt powersupply. This can also happen under a load as little as 60% as I have seen but doesn't seem to happen more often under a higher load. I am completely lost here and am open to any suggestions. Beam n g drive reports this as gpu failed to respond.

After tying many many different things what did it was just clearing my CMOS...... I am a prime example of why you should try the basic steps before asking for help.
