gaming pc Help building gaming pc

I want to build a pc from zero (laptop user) that would be able to run the lastest AAA games at 1080p capped at 144fps (1080p 144hz monitor). Budgetwise around 1k euros but give me your ideas even of they exceed that goal mark (ofc the cheaper the better). If you can recommend a build or give me a link I would be glad. Thank you very much.

With the current price of graphics cards it's very hard to build a pc under a budget. Does the 1k include monitor and peripherals or only the pc?

For a BYO pc, it will be hard to get it under 1k because of GPU prices. Would you mind having a pre-built? I can post some links to some good ones if you want. Its really the only way you can get a GPU unless you want to camp out at Micro Center, which is how I got my card.
