Display output problems, need help

Hi guys,

I recently put together a PC but I'm having some problems with my displays right now.

Red artefacts showing up on the background when Flux is turning the color temperature down at night.

I tried screenshotting the red artefacts but they don't register on screenshots which is weird.

 

The computer currently running on the integrated graphics on my 11600k, which outputs to a MSI Optix MAG274QRF-QD plugged in via stock wires to my display port, and 2nd monitor is a ASUS Pro-Art plugged in via HDMI.

 

Some issues are across both monitors but the black screen and blurred text are always on the MSI one plugged in the DisplayPort.

 

I thought this was a software issue at first so I've tried updating the drivers for the iGPU, tried reverting to an older version and issues still persit.

 

Is this a software issue or it could be a hardware issue where I'd have to start an RMA? Is the monitor the issue? The iGPU or the plugs on the motherboard where I plug the screens in are defective?

 

Usually when it's getting unbearable, I just reset the computer and the screens work fine for a while, which leads me to think it's more of a software issue than a hardware one
