Pc restart after boot

So i recently build a new gaming rig.

Cpu: intel i9 10900k

Gpu: geforce 3080

Mobo:msi meg z590 ace

Psu: corsair rm850x

And everything is installed properly but when i first turn on my pc after a couple of seconds it restarts and then boots normally. I have never experienced something like that is this normal or is there a way to fix this?
