RX 580 driver crashing

Hello,

 

I have recently upgraded my CPU+MOBO, and ever since then my games crash anytime my gpu hits close to 100% load my games crash and i get a popup from AMD Radeon software that one of my drivers took too long to load. I have updated my drivers to the latest version and am unsure of what else to try. Can anyone here help me?
 

Edit: I seem to have fixed it, as it turns out my GPU didn't like having XMP Enabled, so I turned it off and it seems to work fine now. Thank you for the advice! (Guess I'll have to wait until my new GPU arrives to use XMP lol)

 

PC specs:
Ryzen 7 5800X
X570 Aorus Pro
4x8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX-3600MHz
MSI RX 580 Gaming X

Which driver you're using currently?

 

I recommend give a try to 19.12.1 driver, since it's fixed my issues.

I'm using the latest driver, 21.4.1, But I'll see if this works

Whenever you are having issues, it's best to go to the most recent driver with Microsoft windows certification.

I tried doing this and unfortunately it didn't work

I think that's what I did, at least it seemed like that driver had windows certification

On AMD's website it will tell you which one(s) are windows certified drivers. November's driver update is for sure stable.
