When am I going to buy:
Soon as im having problems with RAM compatibility with my current motherboard, and its causing it to frequently blue screen. My old ram had died, so I upgraded. 
I've been out of the technology loop for a year or so, so I'm unsure what currently good.

R5 3600 + Strix B550-F.Still have some money left that can be used on nvme storage

If available to you i would buy a 10 or an 11600k with a z590 or 490 tuf motherboard (They are pretty cheap and have great vrm, expandability and connectivity for the price

I can get the 11600k with a MSI Z490 pro, or the Ryzen 5600x with the MSI B550-A for pretty much the same price, and I'm unsure which one to choose between

And it's running way cooler (about 70w vs 135w(Rated are 65 and 125 but they tend to surpass that))

on an asus board id be suppriesed for the sustained loads on the 11600k to be so low... maybe on a msi, im not sure what tohey are doin about the intel guidance, but I know that msi has been doing shitty things and I personally would suggest to avaoid them.
