Random freezing

HI

I need some help with my computor. It randomly freezes and its annoying. The freezes can happen any time and happen like 1 after 4-5 hours of use. Sometimes less somethimes more. The freezes happend araound 2 weeks after i installed a new ssd. samgsung 970 evo. When installed the ssd i had a problem with it not being able to run my wifi card and the 970 evo. 

 

So what happens

Random windows freezes. But not complete freezes

For example. I be watching youtube and the image freezes, but the audio still plays for a little while. or the audio up/ down icon is lagging or stops woriking

When this happens i can tab in and out of open widowses sometimes. The taskbar always stops working and i am unable to turn off with windows. I usually use a restart button on my case to restart and it seems like windows dont understad that something has happend. Only once have i gotten a error message on my motherboard and it showed a yellow light for dram.

asus strix gaming x470f (motherboard)

coirsair venganse 16gb ddr4 3000mhz (running on lower than 3000 due to instabillety) 

rtx 2070 super 

wifi and bluethouth card(dont know name)

 

storrage

samsung 870 evo 500 gb (with windows on)

samsung 970eve (300gb used)

2terrabyte segate barracuda harddrive (1.4 tb used)

 

evga supernowa g3 750 powersupply (goldrated)
