Bios Flashing!!!

I recently bought an msi rx570 off of eBay and I'm trying to use it for my first ever pc build but I'm having trouble using the graphics card. The seller I bought it from said the card may or may not have been used for mining but as it hasn't been working for me I think it was. So today I've been trying to flash the bios of the graphics card and I keep running into the same error over and over again. I made sure every time too download the correct bios off of techpowerup and making sure the details match and the device ID matches but still when I try too input the right rom details I keep getting the same error. If any one knows what too do please let me know.
