Long story short, I'm stuck with an MSI 2080 Seahawk EK X Water Block GPU.  I have a Corsair 5000D Airflow case and have a Noctua NH-D15 cooler for my CPU.  I don't plan on water cooling the CPU since the Noctua cooler is a new addition so I just need to water cool the GPU (Wasn't my first choice).  I have no prior experience with custom water loops and have been looking at parts but have no clue what is good or not.  I don't want to spend any more than $200 US on this loop so if anyone has any part suggestions or kit suggestions... it would be greatly appreciated.

I quickly put some general parts together on the EKWB website, i'm based in EU so this would be over your budget but you might be able to find them cheaper where you live.
With that said, you can save some money on the radiator, going from a 240mm to a 120mm.
You can find cheaper fans or you can use case fans you might already have?

EKWB and Corsair have kits you can also check out.

The parts below are the things you will need to get a loop going for your GPU, you can change parts of course.
Hopefully this gives you a general idea of the things you'll need.
