Problems running Warzone and CW

I have issues running cw and Warzone I can’t seem to get above 100fps with normal or low settings on 1080p plus I get random crashes in both games could play two days straight with no crashes or it could crash every other game. 
 

My system is a ryzen 9 3900x, power color 5700xt, 32gb of 3200mz ram, and a 750 watt power supply 

 

any advice would be greatly appreciated

If you updated recently KB5001330 is a windows update apparently is influencing some PC gaming setups. In terms of performance. 

I love PC building and gaming. 
REMEMBER botttlenecks can happen at all points of a PC part. Make sure you are at equilibrium. For all parts unless you intend to upgrade at a later point. Also QA Tested AAA Games.
