Optimal Cooling Setup for Cooler Master H500?

fcp4life
I currently have a Cooler Master H500 case with the two 200mm MF200R fans. CPU is cooled with a Hyper 212 Black Edition with two 120mm sickleflow v2 rgb fans. The rear exhaust fan is a sickeflow 120mm v2 rgb fan. I have two MasterFan MF140R that I wanted to mount on the top.

Looking for the best fan configuration for optimal cooling. Should I use both 140 fans as intake or use them as exhaust? Get rid of a fan on the CPU cooler? Or get rid of the air cooler and use a AIO cpu cooler?

  • Case: Cooler Master H500 (RGB)
  • Motherboard: Maximus VIII Extreme
  • CPU: I7-6700K
  • GPU: Asus ROG Strix GTX 1080 Ti OC
  • PSU: Seasonic PRIME PX-850

Most likely works just fine without doing anything if your case indeed is the "H500" with mesh front.
