Other details: Here is the list I put together. If anyone can check it out and see if theres anything I can improve or should change it would be great before I purchase. (the graphics card is only a maybe because I am on back-order for it). Also, what type of monitor would be suggested for the build below?

Ok, not a great build. You should wait until GPU prices are normal. Here is a better build. If you want it to be cheaper, you could go for a 3700X and you could downgrade the motherboard, ram, and case.

This would definitely be ideal if the market wasn't so jacked up right now, but I have to cheap out a bit on other parts to get a gpu. Some people saying the market will be like this until 2022-2023 and I'm hoping to finish my build soon.
