Hi, currently running i7 9700KF @5.2ghz stable at 1.34v.

But cannot have it stable at 5.3ghz, i made a quick test by lowering my nzxt x53 240ml fan and pump speeds and the CPU became unstable at even 5.2ghz so i figured its a cooling issue, since some cores suddenly hit 85.

Can i get it to reach 5.3ghz or even higher with better cooling solution?

Anyone have it or had it can share their experience!

Sounds like you are almost there. If you kick it in the cores you could probably squeeze another 1-200MHz.. It will take it too you just gotta be able to cool it.
