Thunderbolt questions (dock)

I have an Acer Aspire V17 nitro black edition and want it to take over for my desktop, this includes a lot of usb and three displays

 

I have a couple questions

Can this laptop charge through usb-c

Can I connect 3 displays? 1 hdmi on laptop and 2 hdmi through a thunderbolt dock

If so which one is running off the dedicated 1060? and which is onboard graphics?

Displays are 2x 3440x1440 and 1x 2560x1440, one of the ultrawides is the one I want to run off the 1060

 

And last are there any docks you would recommend or brands that are better than others without breaking the bank?

 

Right now I'm running the two ultrawides, one off hdmi and one off type-c to hdmi cable
