Low fps on Minecraft only.

Minecraft only has like 80 fps and when i start recording, it drops below 60 fps. My specs are in signature. Cpu temps are like 60 while playing. GTA 5 runs at a stable 60 fps. X-Plane also doing just fine. I am not home so expect not to answer  asked questions instantly.

Enable XMP, allocate more than 1GB to minecraft (4GB is the maximum for vanilla), and install optifine. Do all 3 at once and see what happens.

It's pretty standard to get FPS drops when recording, as it puts an additional load on both your CPU and GPU. If you were using an Nvidia GPU then I'd recommend that you record with their specific encoder, but you're not, so as far as I know, you'll just need to make do with lower FPS when recording.

Ma boi minecraft is spoiled with 6 gigs of ram and running optifine

Chunk Render settings? 16 should be your standard cap. Also check for the CPU and RAM usage in the F3 menu.

Usually i have 16 chunks but i turned down to 8 cause of lag. Also once im loading 1.8 mc it only goes up to like 50-60%. In a nutshell, both usages are not critically high.
