Double Nat error that shouldn't exist

I had my xbox's start throwing double NAT errors even though nothing has changed. I do live at an apartment complex, but its a bring your own router place so I know that they aren't providing on their end the router functionality as plugging straight into the wall without a router does not work. Any ideas?

I guess I should also add, sometimes i'm only getting 10 up and down and others i'm getting my full 100 up and down. not sure what would limit it like this and why it changes so much.
