Moniter issue???

I cleaned my pc I plugged everything back in the right spot and when I booted up my pc my cpu was working great my mouse was working and my keyboard was working but my moniter wasn't I don't know why I have a 1 gb graphic card I just thought off cleaning it and when I did it stopped working plz help
