Computer startup issues

Hi All,

 

First time poster here, just signed up,

 

Have seen the graphical glitches(?) a few times, only happens on start up and when it gets to the windows login its a bit slow at times

I have checked cables and all seems to be fine

cant see any spillages from liquid cooling loop (UV fluid)

 

I am getting a new case in a weeks time so will be re-seating everything then and giving it a complete air dusting

 

Specs:

Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19042 Build 19042 20H2

I7 8700k stock speeds i think

32gb ddr3 2666mhz corsair ram

msi Z390-A PRO bios 1.C0,

Western Digital Black SN750 500gb nvme pcie3 ssd

Corsair TX650M

GTX 1080 stock speeds, think its a Palit card

2tb wd red hdd + crucial bx500 240gb for storage
