ITX PC help/recommendation

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: COD Cold War, VR games on Oculus Quest, and streaming.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

 

Assuming that I can get a GPU and CPU at msrp, what would the recommended build be for an AMD Mini ITX PC.

Case: I will get the In Win A1 which has a 650 W power supply included. In Win A1 Plus Mini ITX Tower Case w/650 W Power Supply

Memory: I already have this I can use for this build. Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 CL16 Memory

I need a motherboard with Wi-Fi

I live near a Micro Center in Dallas so I can stop by to see if they restocked with any decent GPU's

Will I need to increase my budget if I use a 4k OLED 120hz tv as my  second monitor?
