b550-e vs b550-xe? Help!

I've been having a hard time deciding on a mobo and have sort of decided on the b550-e until i found the b550-xe, does anybody know what the differance is? 

 

Also, considering my £200 budget for a board, is this the best board for ocing that also has a front usb c ?
