FPS - Fine

Internet Connection/Ping - Fine

GPU Driver - Just Updated

Happens across all games. Stuttering, teleporting, trying to switch weapons takes several attempts, banging noises in game when first getting in vehicles as if I'm hitting something, missiles go in random directions

Video of issues in BF4, happens in all games.

Well it says "Warning, your ping is spiking" from 45 seconds on in the video, and everything I see looks like high ping / packet loss. Your ping may not be high at all times, but it is spiking for short periods of time.
Are you on wifi? Other devices on the same network?

Well it can always be your internet connection or your ISP having issues or something... since you're posting this now, I assume you made the recording within the last hour or so, do you see the same kind of issues during other times of the day, or just in the evening hours when everybody is at home going online, watching some show on Netflix or something? It's not uncommon for internet issues like this to appear during peak times.

You can open a command line in windows and enter "ping -t Your.Routers.IP.Adress" to figure out if you have a high ping from your PC to your router, or if the high ping sits between your router and the server, i.e. the internet.

LOL, I'M A NOOB. I was having network issues the other day and accidently re-plugged the ethernet cable from my ISP modem/router into the WAN port on the router I have setup as an access point. The access point router is behind my monitor setup and plugged it back in blindly. Just retested with testmy.net and it's stable.

Well now you get to figure out if that solved the problem and then hopefully have some fun gaming 👍 if only all issues were this easy to fix
