Cooler Master ARGB

Okay, having come into a small bit of money recently I bought myself some RGB stuff for my pc; A Cooler master sf360r, but my motherboard doesn't have a 3 pin, so I bought the cooler master argb controller, but I'm having trouble. Do I need to plug in all the connections for it to work? (Temperature wire, case reset, mboard reset, usb)

My Motherboard is a MSI X470 Gaming Plus Max with 2 4 pin rgb headers.
