Help with my pc

So i build a new computer (amd ryzen 5 5600x, asus rog strix b550-f gaming, 16gb ram,corsair cxm 750,ssd 500gb cant remember the name and rn i have gtx 960 but i have ordered the rtx 3060 ti and phantom eclipse p300(so my problem is that computer doenst turn on but my motherboard led gets power and fans are not moving when trying to start up. My friends dont see the problem on the pc so does anyone else know or can it be damaged already. I have updated bios too

Is your display plugged into the GPU, not the motherboard?

First update bios with USB and BIOS Flashback button on the back I/O of the motherboard.

 

What the make and model of the RAM?

I have done that and hyperx fury 3200mhz ddr4

Well rn my gpu is not plugged to the computer cuz i will prob try to get refund for my motherboard cuz i think that its broken at the factory. And what do u mean by display xd i am not so smart about computers

Motherboard can't do display out with your CPU - if you've plugged your display into the motherboard nothing will happen.

Check your ram is all the way in and if your ryzen cpu has on board graphics sometimes you have to plug it into the motherboard before you connect it to graphics card until you get the drivers updated for gpu
