Posted April 18, 2021 Budget (including currency): £300 Country: UK Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: mid tier gaming, Halo MCC, GMod, APEX, Titanfall 2 Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Aside from adding an SSD boot drive, i haven't really built or upgraded my computers before. I have a H110m motherboard. After some research, i found a i7 7700k can fit this socket. I was considering getting a i7 7700k and then when affordable, getting a 1660ti ? The pc has a i5 7400 at the moment and a 1050ti. 1TB HDD and an added 500gb samsung SSD (960 i believe). Would upgrading the CPU first be better ? Anything i should be looking out for? I noticed the GPU prices have skyrocketed. Hence i don't mind waiting for that. I'll have a look at the set up you've shown! Looks very affordable! Thank you!
