Internet keeps going out

Hello everyone,

about two weeks ago my electricity went out. For some reason after the outage my internet keeps going around 3 times a day at about 11:00-12:00, then 19:00-21:00 and then at around 3:00. It has been going like this everyday and it is really annoying us. The internet light turns red when the internet goes out. What "restores" the internet is just turning the routers power off and on. I tried factory resetting the router, incase I messed something up in the settings, but it still goes out. 

The router is a TP-LINK Archer C6 2.0, if that helps.

This used to happen around 3 months ago, because 3 months ago there was also a electricity outage, but the internet going out solved itself in a week. Now it doesn't solve itself.
