Blue Screen with HDMI no signal -> Monitor goes black

PC Specs:

• ASUS TUF Gaming VG27VQ 27"

• Ryzen 5 5600x

• Seagate Barracuda 2tb Hard Drive

• PNY GeoForce GT 1030 2GB

• Seasonic 80+ Gold Focus GX750W

• Corsair 2x16GB Vengeance RGB 3600 MHz

 

The main issue with the build here is that the Computer is it went to the Bios once and after that we cannot manage to get back into the Bios no matter what we do. We are trying to install Windows from a Windows media file but as we cannot get into the BIOS this is proving difficult.

What we did:

1. CMOS reset using battery method and touching pin method with a screwdriver.

2. Changing the slot the GPU is settled in.

3. Tested the motherboard Debug light. The Boot debug light turns on while the computer is on.

Currently the computer is setup on the mobo cardboard box and still does the same process of turning on but the Screen get's no signal and the Boot debug light remains on.
