Hey there guys, hoping someone can help me out here.

I just recently built a new-ish PC using a Ryzen 7 5800x, an MSI MPG X570 Gaming Plus Motherboard, Corsair Vengeance 16 GB (8x2) 3200, and a Corsair CX750M 750W Power Supply,  while reusing my 1080 Ti and Crucial 500GB M.2 SATA SSD. The PC worked great for a little more than a week (just past the Best Buy Return Policy) and now is just stuck in an awful boot loop.

It loops constantly on the Preparing Automatic Repair screen, with the whole PC shutting off and then restarting right back to the same page. BIOS works perfectly fine, however. Sometimes, it manages to get past the Preparing Automatic Repair Screen, but that only lasts a few seconds before it turns right back off and does it again.

I believed that maybe my Windows Install was just corrupt, so I decided to remove the SSD entirely and attempt to run Linux off my USB, and that too loops constantly, while occasionally giving me a glimpse of hope.

I have switched out the memory, attempted only 1 slot, and each time it loops. I even tried reapplying thermal paste onto the darn thing, but no avail.

I thought that maybe it was just the PSU and I was about to switch it out, but today it showed me a new screen:

Some quick Googling found some old posts from around 2018-2020 discussing older CPUs, and most people didn’t get their issues resolved. The ones who did resolved it by either replacing the RAM, or replacing the PSU. I’m going to try the PSU next, but I’m wondering if anyone else has any ideas? Could it be the BIOS? I’m on the most recent non-beta update, so I’m hoping its not that.
