Mac PowerPoint 2011 freezing.

PowerPoint will freeze mid slideshow and in the normal view. and when you are in the slide show and it freezes the audio and the timings are messed up. Sometimes the audio starts early or late as well. Thank you.

have you updated the microsoft office suite?

they have been coming out with alot of "critical" updates here lately

I cant because its a school mac and they do not up date any of the software on them.

would it be a file prob or a bug in powerpoint.
