I swapped the AIO to this:

Bringing it down to $3870.72 from $3956.42.

I would just save the list but I don't remember my PCPartPicker password (since I rarely use the site).

3200 would, yes.

Try and get a 2x16GB kit instead of a 4x8GB kit - it's less expensive that way.
