So I got a 3060 Ti on release back when they came out and I have had on and off FPS drops in most games I play such as league of legends, sometimes in genshin impact, rainbow 6 siege and apex legends. I have no idea whats causing this as the issue has persisted since I got the card and any monitoring software that I've ran has shown that everything looks normal and I am unsure what else could be causing this at all. At first I thought it might be temps, so I upgraded the fans in my system and it helped somewhat, but I've noticed if my pc has been on for like an hour or two then I start getting FPS drops but in the first hour when I turn my pc on there isn't any issues with games at all. Again I have no idea what this could be other than a faulty graphics card but I am unsure if I should replace it or if there's something else going on. I turn pc off every night before I go to bed as well and I clean it out about once every other month.

My specs are:

Aorus X570 Elite Gaming Motherboard Wifi

AMD Ryzen 5 3600X

EVGA RTX 3060 TI FTW3 Ultra

32 GB Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 3200 MHZ RAM

500 GB NVME SSD WD BLUE SN 550

1 TB GB NVME SSD WD BLACK SN 750

1 TB WD BLUE HDD 7200 RPM

CPU Cooler: Scythe Fuma 2

Power Supply: Thermaltake 700 Watt (I think its the samrt series but I dont remember as this was a part I got from a friend of mine)

and for reference the case I'm using is the NZXT S340 Black and Blue case with Artic F12 PWM case fans

Edit: I forgot the Operating System is Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit and its genuine key
