As far as gaming goes this is getting paired with an omen 27x (1440p 240hz) , shooting for above 200 frames for some non graphics-intensive esports titles. On hand, I have a Asus KO 3070 OC, as well as a Corsair 4000D. While I do have the 3070, I am hoping to grab a 3080 so I would like to have my system ready to go if I can land one.

 

The above budget is for the rest of the parts. Like everyone, I think my goal here is to get the most bang for my buck. That being said I would like to avoid paying extra for a marginal performance increase. This is a very tentative parts list and I'm fully open to suggestion.
