Greetings!

As in the title of this video, I need some help.

Here are the rig's specs (No hate please馃拝)

-Athlon 3000G (Not Overclocked/Underclocked)

-RX 550 Phantom Gaming - Sapphire (Not Overclocked/Underclocked)

-Patriot Burst聽(SSD)

-500W RPC Power Supply

- ASRock A320 (Motherboard)

-(12 GIGS OF DDR4 RAM STICKS SAVED FROM MY OLD PC, PERFECTLY WORKING)

It randomly crashes! But It isn't the GPU since I tried the iGPU (Yes I removed the RX 550 Before testing the iGPU) and I was stuck with the same glitching (sometimes froze, or sometimes just the game froze) screen.聽

It ain't a PSU problem since I have tried that with my old PC and it works perfectly (95W I5-2400 + 19W GT 710, Drawing even more power than the actual thing)

The SSD ain't a problem either! I tried it with the old PC too!聽

The MotherBoard is completely fine, the BIOS ain't corrup or anything.

There's only one culprit remaining, that being the CPU!

I suspect it's the CPU, but at first glance, not going to lie, I thought it was the GPU's issue, until I tried the iGPU. Anyways, I never overclocked the CPU, only the GPU, and It ain't a RAM error either, trust me!

Is there any other way of聽 fixing it's errors, (Talking about the CPU) or have I simply got to return it and buy a new one hoping that it will work?

Thank You For Reading,

Cosmo Usoro.

What's the exact RAM model though? Also, does the game CTD (crash-to-desktop)? Meaning there is no error or anything just goes straight back to your desktop.

what sort of crashes? blue screens or something else? can you describe them? there is rarely a cpu problem, it usually either works or doesn't.

Well, it sometimes bluescreens, and sometimes it looks really weird, messing things up, and scaling them, and placing them in weird places all over my display

It rarely comes back to the desktop, sometimes I've just got to hard restart it, using the button on my chassis, and sometimes it聽聽looks really weird, messing things up, and scaling them, and placing them in weird places all over my display. And the ram model is a SAMSUNG 4 GB And Another SAMSUNG but an 8 gigs model. It doesn't crash just in-game, it can crash whenever, and wherever it wants to crash, for example, let's say I've just booted up my pc and it suddenly freezes, but the cursor is moving, then It's freezing it all (Actual scenario, happened a few times). I've tried a fresh reinstall of windows, but it crashed many times, and it got me back to windows with the following message "There was an Error resetting your PC, No changes were made" or something. I don't suspect it's the hard drive since it's saved from the old PC too.聽

That's common for faulty drivers. Reinstall them by using DDU and test afterwards. Watch this聽https://youtu.be/bP-2B14Nckw

Well, one of them simply freezes my whole PC, (hard restart required when this occurs). An other one is the weird-ish crash, when it displays weird things, and messes up everything (NOT JUST IN GAME) (hard restart required when this occurs). The other issue is the only-game crash, that doesn't last for long until it crashes the whole PC, it takes around 5 minutes till it completely freezes. There are many more but I think you've got the hang of it.

Just a quick reminder : It happens with the GPU and the iGPU. I'll watch that video and see if it helps, thanks mate.

I've just performed the driver uninstall, I'm going to download the drivers and I'll talk to you after that.
