A PSU issue?

Hi, I recently made a pc for my brother. It was working well for a week but now it's not turning on. We suspect it's the PSU since nothing in the motherboard lights up. Plus it's the oldest part in the computer with the rest bought new. Do you guys agree that it's a PSU problem?
