Mouse and Keyboard problem

Hello!

I'm having some trouble while streaming Warzone with my mouse and keyboard. It has gone so far that my viewers have noticed it alot. I streamed warzone at 1080p before without any trouble but now i need to lower it to 720p plus the keyboard is still giving me problems but not as noticable. It feels like the keyboard and the mouse is living its own life and delay alot. If i press shot 1 once it shots 5 times. I do not know what the problem is and what causes it. I have alot of stuff plugged into my computer around 10 usb connections. Is there any chans that my mouse and keyboard is broken. I have a steelseries apex m750 tkl and a steelseries 310

This is my computer specs, if there is any thing that I need to upgrade for this to stop. 

Amd Ryzen 7 3700x

GTX 1070ti 

16gb 3200mhz ram 

Lian li ghalahad 240 aio
