I would consider getting a cheaper CPU if your looking to do this build soon due to how bad the GPU market is right now. You could probably afford something like the 2060-2070 if you went with something like the i5 10400f which has very close gaming performance (and in some cases slightly better) to the Ryzen 5 3600 (while it of course does slightly better in productivity tasks). The i5 10400f should still give overall decent gaming performance and still complete the productivity tasks your looking to use it for. If you can somehow find the 3060 TI at that price, (I want to know how) then thats great, however I haven't found a single retailer yet who has it at or near MSPR, and scalpers are selling it for absurdly marked up prices right now. If your willingly to wait till 2022 however, thats when a lot speculate the market will recover, and I suspect by 2024 we will start seeing a lot less cryptomining as the amount of BTC left to mine continues to rapidly decrease.

TLDR: New GPUs are expensive and out of stock so it might be better to buy used GPU and get cheaper CPU.

Thank you, but I am not very worried about getting it soon.
