Installing Nvidia Driver cause BSOD

Hi guys, 

I'm not sure if this is the right section to ask for help. Please move to the right section if this is not the right section to ask for help 

 

So yesterday I just build a new comp for my friend. While installing Nvidia driver half way through it turn to bsod.
Showing this 
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b)

Is there any solution to this?

Yea i keep getting BSOD. Tried uninstalling the driver and download the latest driver, it still give me bsod.

It could kinda be anything you know. Bad memory, failing HDD, wrong driver, power supply... Does it never happen before installing the driver?

It's already fixed. Found that the bad RAM was causing it.
