crashing Why does my computer keep crashing

Hi I built my first computer over Christmas and it was working perfectly for a little under a month, but then all of a sudden it crashed while i was playing rainbow six siege. I didnt think anything of it at first so i just restarted my computer and went back to playing and within 10 minutes it crashed again. I decided to just let it go for the night and it was fine but then more recently its been crashing randomly while im playing games or when i close rainbow six siege. Does anyone know what could be causing this or how i could fix this. It crashed twice in the span of 5 minutes while i was playing sea of thieves just a few minutes ago
