Kingston A2000 SSD problem

I'm using NVMe enclosure and Kingston A2000 SSD not detected first time and i need to turn off computer then works. SSD not detected also when restart computer. Bad SSD or NVMe enclosure?

Anyone? I need to know so i can buy other NVMe enclosure or SSD. Do you think SSD is the problem or NVMe enclosure?

 

I installed Linux on Kingston A2000 SSD, restart computer after installation and SSD was not detected anymore in BIOS and Boot Menu and i turn off computer then was detected again. Sometimes was not detected first time in Windows 10 when connect NVMe enclosure.

 

Kingston A2000 SSD good overall?
