PC acting weird

Hey guys, my PC has been acting weird, any suggestions? I'm getting 150 fps on league of legends with a 3060 ti, and league has just been acting weird overall. Apex legends has been acting weird as well. Everything in my pc is fine, I just have a Amazon Warehouse used Motherboard, and a 650w psu. Those are the only 2 things that can be causing issues. I don't know what's happening, but it's driving me nuts. And I keep getting updates from the settings for windows, and IDK why. I just recently built my pc and this is really frustrating. I've updated windows, got my drivers, reinstalled the game. Any advice would help, thanks.

Whats the full build? I think the fact that you paired a cheap motherboard with a 3060ti might be an issue.

I have a ROG b460-h mobo, 16gb ram 3200, i5-10600k, kraken x53, 650w evga psu, sk hynix 1tb m.2 , braided cables, aer rgb fan
