Graphics card upgrade

Hi guys i just want to know if what gpu would be bang for my buck today with all the crazy mining stuff going on im on a tight budget.

 

Pc specs

Cpu:pentium g3240

Psu:seasonic 620 sii 

8gb ram

 

Kinda checking on for hd 6870 and 7850 3gb would it be ok? 

Planning to play new games like rainbow 6 siege and valorant, cod and more fps games hopefully 60+fps
