Go for something like in i5 10400 and a H410 motherboard

Buy an old DELL pc with an old core i5 from eBay and then throw a GPU into that sucker (like an RX560/RX570/equivalent) it has never let me down just make sure that you don't buy a half-sized thin boi that doesn't fit a GPU (and make sure it has a PCI-E x16 slot).

Remember that you and I are human and we both make mistakes. If I say something you disagree with, you don't have to fight about it.
