Opera CPU problems

I've noticed very high CPU usage when watching a stream on Twitch with Opera. It causes from 50 to 100% CPU usage, and if im playing a game (apex legends) with twitch running in background i get unstable 20fps.

If i close Twitch, problems are gone. BUT;

I noticed that it started happening after the most recent Opera update. Im not sure is it the update, or i just didnt notice the problem before.

Any way to fix? I really dont wanna change browsers..

If you like Opera try using Opera GX, it allows you to limit it's CPU and RAM usage that might help

Additional question, can i transfer my passwords,bookmarks and the "bookmark bar" to Opera GX?

Or will i have to add everything again..

As it is part of Opera, most likely yes. Don't quote me on that though, as I've never tried
