Performance decrease when plugged in.

Browser, version and OS: 

Hp omen 15

Ryzen 15 4800h

GeForce 1660ti 6gb

8gb Ram

512GB ssd

 

What happened?

I bought a New HP Omen 15 for gaming after watching Dave2D review.

The issue I face is weirdest whenever I plugged the charger laptop performance is downgrade but on Battery is give very good results.

Ex. In any game (CG:Go & Volarnt ) when plugged in the fps I get are 15-30 and On battery the fps are 120+.

 

What did you expect to happen?

I tried many battery and power settings but nothing seems to work.

Tried resetting the windows.

Reinstalling the games but no luck.
