pc keeps freezing

I recently just built my first pc and it runs great whenever I'm on the internet, running stress tests, and other tasks but as soon as I try to play a game it will freeze. I haven't been able to make it through one game yet without it freezing.

 

My specs are:

Ryzen 5 2600X

3060ti fe

MSI b450 gaming pro wifi

Gskill 3600 16gb

Nzxt Kraken X53

Nzxt C850

Samsung 970 evo 1tb m.2

 

So far I have tried updating all of my drivers and bios. I have cleared all my temp files. Slowed my ram speed. All tips are welcome.
